You must add at least two (2) cases of energy drinks to your cart for the promo to automatically apply. Standard shipping rates will apply. Any fraudulent orders will be cancelled. All orders are final, no returns or exchanges.

What is your return policy?
All 3D Energy Drink purchases are final sale, including orders placed during our Black Friday promo between 11.25.22 at 12AM CT to 11.28.22 at 11:59PM CT.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for purchases made from retail locations, as we do not have access to retail purchasing systems.
We recommend reaching out to the retail location of purchase directly regarding returns or exchanges.
If I place multiple orders, should I expect to receive multiple packages or one package?
If multiple orders are placed, they will be shipped in separate packages. To ensure you do not experience any delays, we will not be able to edit, combine, or ship multiple orders in one package. Standard shipping rates apply.
When will my order ship?
When your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your shipment.
For domestic shipments, please allow at least 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, during promotions (i.e. Black Friday promo) and around holidays (during the months of November & December) may take additional processing time due to increased order volume and shipping carrier delays. Do you offer international shipping?
No, 3D Energy Drinks are not shipped internationally. Due to the current customs regulations, we are unable to ship liquids internationally. We are working hard to make this an option in the future!

Each 16 fluid-ounce Energy Drink contains 200mg of caffeine. We recommend consulting with your physician for their approval of consumption.

What should I do if my tracking isn't updating?

What should I do if my order was marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
At times, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered, but will deliver at a later date. Typically, carriers can take up to an additional 5 business days after it has been marked delivered.
